Event: Art for Art's Sake

Two years ago, when my friend R was planning a visit to New Orleans, he asked me when was a "good time" to come down here. I told him that, as far as events going on in the city, it's always a good time to visit! Any given day, or at least week, there is always an event happening, or something fun to do. 

One of my favorites is coming up this Saturday evening. At Art for Art's Sake, galleries and shops along Magazine Street keep their doors open until 9pm, offering wine and snacks as people browse. 

Saturday between 5-9pm, take a meander along Magazine Street and check out the eclectic mix of art-art--and wine--along the way.
