When in New Orleans
New Orleans isn't really a Southern U.S. city. I know, now you're questioning my geography skills and want to show me a map, but before you discredit me, read on. New Orleans is really the Northern-most Caribbean city. Its easy-going nature (remember the nickname?), palm trees, and lax alcohol laws, give it more kinship with the island cities south of here than the rest of the U.S.
